If you are reading this post, I assume you have an engagement session coming up with me and might be little worried about your session. Don’t you worry! Because I’ve got you!
Honestly, I can do an one hour session at one spot if I need to. I have my go-to poses and I tweak my base poses in order to get different images. Take a look at my posing guide for couples and I hope this wll help you for your upcoming session!
MY FIVE GO-TO POSES!
Chese to chest: I always start with this pose because I feel like this is a common pose that every couples are used to whenever they take photos with their phones! I tweak this pose to forehead to forehead, looking at each other, forehead kisses and etc.
Holding hands: This pose will make an awesome formal portrait looing at the camera, then I quickly direct my couples with walking shots and bumping hips to each other to get fun interaction of my couples.
Prom pose: Most people know what prom pose is! I like to do this pose and tweak it to kiss on her neck and whisper to her ear something funny in order to get natural laughing reactions!
Twirl, dip and kiss: Moving and dancing poses make great candid photos! I love this sweet pose and I normally get close up reactions of the couples when he dips and kisses her. Very romantic pose!
Back hug: One of my favorite poses for couples. This creates very intimate images of the couples. I always make sure to do ring shots when she hugs him!
Hope this is helpful! I have a reel saved on my Instagram(@sunnyleephoto) if you are a visual learner. XO,
